Logistics Executive

Job Description: Logistics Executive.
Experience: 1–2 Years (Industrial Pumps, Motors & Valves).
Industry: Industrial Equipment.
Requirement: Candidate must have logistics experience in the same field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle dispatch, delivery coordination, and logistics planning for Pumps, Motors & Valves.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and OEMs for timely shipment.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch documents (DC, invoice, e-way bill, tracking records).
• Manage inward/outward material records and update daily logistics status.
• Follow up with transporters and customers for delivery confirmation.
• Ensure proper packaging, loading, and material handling as per standards.
• Maintain records of pending dispatches and delivery schedules.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of industrial equipment logistics (Pumps, Motors & Valves).
• Good understanding of dispatch processes, documentation & transport coordination.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, Documentation).
