Job description

• Manage documentation for air & sea shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, export documentation, and hazardous materials handling.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline logistics operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, sales, production) for accurate forecasting and planning to meet customer demands.
• Evaluate and select third-party logistics providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective transportation and storage.
• Resolve issues related to transportation, logistics systems, exports, or customer complaints.
• Complete pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, including submission to the bank.
• Ensure timely submission of export proofs to suppliers.
• Continuously assess and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments.
