Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods from origin to destination.
• Manage shipment schedules, inventory, and transportation documentation.
• Liaise with vendors, carriers, and clients to ensure timely delivery.
• Track shipments and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on logistics performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics software (ERP systems a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
