Logistics Executive

Job Title: Logistics Executive

Reports to: Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with transporters for pickup of products from customer end

- Track and follow up with transporters for timely pickup and delivery

- Arrange dispatch of batteries to customer addresses

- Follow up with transporters for delivery confirmation and PODs

- Maintain reports on dispatch, transit times, and delivery status

- Coordinate with customer service team for updates and issue resolution

- Ensure timely and safe delivery of products

Requirements:

- 2-5 yrs logistics experience

- Strong communication & coordination skills

- Good knowledge of dispatch processes and transportation regulations

- Proficient in MS Office and logistics software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
