To oversee and ensure efficient logistics operations, including pickups, deliveries, and overall supply chain coordination.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum: 12th Pass
• Note: IATA Certification (Diploma or Certificate) is required

Languages Required:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Operations Executive with a proven track record in managing logistics workflows and supporting UK-based clients. The role involves overseeing daily logistics activities, coordinating with couriers and warehouses, managing customer communications, and ensuring smooth and timely delivery of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily logistics operations: pickups, deliveries, routing, and coordination
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat support tickets for logistics-related queries, especially from UK-based clients
• Coordinate with drivers, courier partners, and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Maintain and update logistics tracking systems and ensure data accuracy
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve supply chain issues to prevent delays
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational workflows
• Meet operational KPIs and maintain high service quality standards
• Work in flexible shifts as required

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service and chat support, especially handling international clients (preferably UK-based)
• Sound understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay organized under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
