Role Summary:

We need a sharp and responsible Logistics Executive to handle order dispatch, courier coordination, inventory updates, and delivery issue resolution for Complimento.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily Shopify orders and ensure timely packing & dispatch.
• Generate labels and coordinate pickups with courier partners.
• Track shipments, resolve fake attempts/delivery issues, and ensure reattempts (avoid RTO).
• Maintain inventory updates and stock accuracy.
• Manage RTO cases, ticket raising, and follow-ups with courier platforms.
• Provide delivery support to customers when needed.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.

Requirements

• 1–3 years logistics/operations experience.
• Knowledge of NimbusPost / Shiprocket / Vamaship/ Shopify.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Good communication (Hindi & English).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
