Logistics Executive

Zahr Freighters, a leading logistics and freight solutions provider in Dubai, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who is skilled in coordinating shipments, managing supply chains, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and shipments from origin to destination
• Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency
• Liaise with transport providers, warehouses, and clients for smooth logistics operations
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs documentation as required
• Track shipments and provide updates to management and clients
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams
• Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain service quality
• Ensure compliance with UAE logistics regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight operations
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, freight forwarding, and supply chain management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software/tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
