Requirement: Logistics Executive

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Description

→ Lead & command team of warehouse assistants.

→ Ensure & execute strict protocols with regards to WMS & Inventory management.

→ Daily supervision & control of 2000+ SKUs with strict guidelines toward outward & inward flow of material.

→ Lead warehouse administration & daily activity.

→ Daily invoicing, dispatch, tracking & documentation of spares & consumables.

→ Shipment tracking & daily follow up with courier & transportation vendors for timely delivery of shipments.

→ Negotiate RFQs with transport vendors & drivers & coordinate for vehicle placement pan India. Plan & execute machine dispatches for customers.

→ Supervise & execute machine packaging, loading & dispatch with proper documentation as per set SOP.

→ Supervise & guide MHE operators to follow proper loading & handling of machines to ensure zero damages as per SOP.
