Logistics Coordinator

Location: Aroor, Kochi, Kerala

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations to multiple locations. The role involves close coordination with transporters, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute daily dispatch of products to multiple destinations

Coordinate with transporters, warehouse staff, and internal teams

Ensure timely loading, proper documentation, and dispatch accuracy

Track shipments and resolve operational issues promptly

Maintain dispatch records and basic operational reports

Be available for early morning or late-night operations as required

Requirements:

Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred

1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations

Knowledge of transport coordination and dispatch documentation

Good communication and coordination skills

Willingness to work flexible hours based on operational needs
