Job Description:
YSK Laboratories is seeking a skilled Accounts Executive with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling billing, tax filing, and managing day-to-day accounting operations.

• Domestic Logistics
• Transportation & Distribution

B. International Logistics

• Export & Import Operations
• Handle documentation for export/import (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines.
• Manage Letter of Credit (LC) and other payment documentation.
• Customs & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and duty structures.
• Handle regulatory compliance for hazardous or restricted goods.
• Freight Management
• Negotiate international freight rates (air, sea, courier).
• Track shipments across international borders and ensure timely delivery.
• Cross-functional Coordination
• Work with procurement, production, and finance teams to align supply chain schedules.
• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) and global supply partners.

Key Skills Required

• Knowledge of domestic and international logistics procedures
• Understanding of customs clearance and export-import documentation
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Familiarity with ERP systems, TMS (Transport Management Systems), and Excel
• Problem-solving and time management skills

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA or diploma in logistics/supply chain (preferred)

Experience Required

• Domestic Logistics: 2–4 years (for entry/mid-level)
• International Logistics: 2–3 years (for export-import profiles)
• Coordinate movement of goods within the country via road, rail, or air.
• Manage relationships with transporters and freight forwarders.
• Plan optimal routes to minimize delivery time and cost.
• Warehousing & Inventory
• Supervise storage, loading, and unloading operations.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain documentation for goods received and dispatched.
• Order Fulfillment
• Ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.
• Track shipments and provide delivery updates to clients.
• Handle reverse logistics (returns, damaged goods, etc.).
• Vendor & Customer Coordination
• Liaise with suppliers, distributors, and customers to resolve logistical issues.
• Negotiate transport rates and service contracts.
