Logistics Executive Trainee

Job Description

· Tracking shipments in transit and monitoring delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

· Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the transit process, such as delays, damages, or lost shipments.

· To support and coordinate on selecting the appropriate courier/transport and booking shipments, considering factors like cost, speed, and reliability.

· Analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

· Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time

· Ability to communicate in a professional manner with team members at all levels of the organization

· Ability to prioritize, organize and plan workload effectively

· Ability to learn quickly, multitask and perform under deadlines

· Must work well in a team environment and/or with little supervision

· Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced environment
