Role Overview

The Logistics Finance Coordinator will be responsible for managing financial processes related to logistics operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across finance and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial transactions related to logistics and supply chain activities.
• Prepare and reconcile invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
• Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis for logistics operations.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Support audits and provide documentation as required.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track financial performance.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within logistics or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP experience preferred).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
