Building the Future of Our Trucking Division
Are you ready to be the engine behind a growing fleet?
At our core, we are a 100% Woman-Owned, DBE-Certified powerhouse in the civil construction industry. We operate with the speed of a startup and the heart of a family, but we provide the Fortune 500-level benefits usually reserved for corporate giants.
We are looking for a high-impact Logistics & Fleet Operations Lead—someone who doesn't just "manage" trucks but builds the systems that keep them moving. If you’re a disciplined "hustler" who thrives on autonomy and wants to take a company to the next level, your seat is at our table.
The Opportunity: Why This Role Matters
This isn't a "clock-in, clock-out" position. We are looking for a trustworthy, self-directed professional to own the truck side of our business. You will be the central nervous system of our trucking division, coordinating our fleet and ensuring our drivers are optimized, safe, and supported.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
The "Hustle" Factor: You are a natural self-starter. You don’t need a manual or a babysitter; you see a problem and solve it before it hits the bottom line.
Master of Logistics: You can juggle routes, maintenance schedules, and DOT compliance while keeping a cool head.
Strategic Growth Mindset: You want to help us scale. You’ll look at our current operations and find ways to make them faster, leaner, and better.
Integrity & Trust: You are the person we can count on to run the show with total transparency and dedication.
A Culture of Support & Excellence
We work as a team—100% of the time. We are a close-knit, "family-first" environment where your voice is actually heard. Because we value our people, we offer an industry-leading benefits package:
Elite Health Coverage: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision plans.
Future-Focused: 401(k) retirement plan.
Comprehensive Protection: Life insurance and Legal coverage.
Stability & Growth: The security of a well-established firm with the upward mobility of a growing division.
Qualifications & Expectations
Experience: 3–5+ years in logistics, fleet coordination, or dispatching within the construction or trucking industry.
Regulatory Knowledge: Firm understanding of DOT regulations, HOS, and safety standards.
Organizational Mastery: Exceptional multitasking skills and proficiency with logistics
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits:
Work Location: In person
