Job Summary

Bharat Falcon is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Freight Tariff Auditor to join our operations team in Lusail City, Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing freight tariffs, auditing logistics charges, validating transportation costs, and ensuring billing accuracy across logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit freight tariffs, shipping invoices, and logistics cost structures
• Verify transportation rates, fuel surcharges, customs charges, and service fees
• Ensure freight billing accuracy and compliance with agreed contracts and tariffs
• Identify discrepancies, overcharges, and billing errors for correction
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments
• Prepare audit reports, cost analysis, and operational summaries
• Monitor logistics expenses and recommend cost-saving initiatives
• Maintain accurate freight records and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar logistics regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in freight auditing, logistics, or transportation operations
• Strong understanding of freight tariffs, shipping documentation, and logistics billing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
