Logistics In-charge

Manage overall logistics operations, including transportation, fleet management, warehousing, and distribution

Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes from order booking to final delivery

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Monitor and manage fleet operations, including vehicle utilization, maintenance, and driver management

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Handle client relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs)

Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand client base

Manage profit & loss (P&L), budgeting, and cost control measures

Supervise and lead operations, drivers, warehouse staff, and admin teams

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers

Implement and monitor KPIs to ensure service quality and operational excellence

Resolve operational issues, delays, and customer complaints efficiently

Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all logistics activities
