Key Responsibilities:

Plan and Execute Logistics Operations:
Ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics, including FTL/PTL shipments and delivery.

Vendor Management:
Coordinate with transporters, 3PL partners, and other service providers; negotiate contracts and service level agreements.

Inventory & Warehouse Management:
Monitor stock levels, oversee storage, and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Process Optimization:
Implement best practices for cost reduction, route optimization, and timely deliveries.

Team Leadership:
Supervise and guide logistics staff; ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain KPIs for on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction; prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.

Compliance:
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and company policies related to logistics and transportation.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

Experience:
8–10 years in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in FMCG/Electrical OR Electronics industry.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SAP/WMS systems, MS Excel, and route optimization tools.

Soft Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
