The Logistics Leader is responsible for execution of inbound and outbound logistics activities supporting SIDEL’s project-based machine manufacturing and export operations, while ensuring full compliance with global trade regulations, SIDEL internal trade policies, and local statutory requirements. The role balances operational execution with compliance discipline, ensuring uninterrupted production and compliant customer deliveries.
Inbound Logistics Execution - Execute inbound logistics, monitor in-transit materials and complete documentation
Outbound & Project Logistics

Execute dispatch of SIDEL machines, modules, kits, and spare parts for domestic and international customers.

Support project-based shipments, including phased deliveries and site-specific logistics requirements.

Coordinate packing, labeling, and handling for oversized, high-value, and export-controlled equipment
Export / Import & Trade Compliance

Ensure compliance with SIDEL Global Trade Compliance (GTC) policies and applicable export/import regulations.

Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure compliant customs clearance. Timely payments.

Maintain accurate and audit-ready export/import documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, BoL/AWB, and compliance records.

Support internal and external trade compliance audits and corrective actions. Support restricted party screening, embargo/sanctions checks, and license determination under guidance of regional trade teams.

Track logistics costs including freight, packaging, special handling, detention, and demurrage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations

Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

5–8 years of experience in logistics within capital equipment, machine manufacturing, or project-based engineering organization.

Hands-on experience in export/import operations and trade compliance execution

Strong working knowledge of SAP logistics processes.

ERP knowledge. SAP (SD/MM/WM) transaction proficiency.

High attention to detail and documentation discipline
