Position Summary:
The
Logistics Manager
to oversee all national distribution and logistics operations across the U.S. This individual will lead the design, coordination, and optimization of inbound and outbound logistics across a network of distribution centers. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing freight, warehousing, and transportation in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Lead Responsibilities:

Lead all logistics operations across national distribution centers, ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery of materials.

Oversee carrier selection, rate negotiations, and vendor relationship management across truckload, LTL, and ocean freight.

Establish, monitor, and continuously improve logistics KPIs including OTIF, freight cost per unit, and order cycle time.

Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, operations, finance, and sales teams to align logistics with business needs.

Manage 3PL relationships and warehouse operations, ensuring performance and SLA adherence.

Identify and execute opportunities to reduce costs, improve service levels, and increase operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with all domestic and international shipping regulations, customs, and trade laws.

Lead logistics contingency planning for supply disruptions, seasonality, and operational changes.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.

3+ years of logistics or distribution experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

Strong experience with national freight strategy, warehousing, and transportation management systems.

Proven ability to manage logistics budgets and deliver cost reductions.

Deep understanding of U.S. distribution networks and freight compliance.
