Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Logistics Manager to manage our company’s logistics operations efficiently. The candidate must have good knowledge of transportation, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. Basic understanding of Punjabi language is required to communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and local suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage logistics operations including transportation and warehousing.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments for smooth order fulfillment.
• Track shipments, manage dispatch schedules, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain proper documentation of goods movement and stock records.
• Optimize routes and reduce transportation costs.
• Handle driver coordination, vehicle maintenance, and route planning.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies related to logistics.
• Communicate effectively in Punjabi when dealing with local vendors or drivers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of E-commerce or FMCG logistics (preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic Punjabi language understanding is mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, or any logistics software.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Job Location: 7 Phase, Mohali

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,040.01 - ₹59,947.20 per month
