Logistics Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing transportation, warehousing, and coordination with vendors to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of goods.
Experience in cold chain logistics will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor daily logistics operations, including transportation, inventory, and warehousing.
• Develop logistics strategies to optimize cost, time, and efficiency across the supply chain.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with transporters and logistics service providers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
• Track logistics performance metrics and generate periodic reports for management review.
• Lead and develop a logistics team to achieve operational and performance goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of transportation management, route planning, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and logistics management tools.
• Experience in cold chain logistics will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,246.50 - ₹400,000.00 per month
