Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all logistics operations (inbound and outbound).
- Optimize transportation and distribution networks to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, material handling, and storage.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Negotiate with transporters, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers.
- Implement logistics strategies aligned with company objectives and customer requirements.
- Monitor and analyze key logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, freight cost, turnaround time, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, E-way bills, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage logistics budgeting, cost control, and vendor performance evaluation.
- Lead and mentor logistics and warehouse teams for high productivity and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and production teams for timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes and systems.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 8–12 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or power systems industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software (ERP/SAP/WMS/TMS).
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good understanding of statutory requirements related to logistics (GST, transport, etc.).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
