Qualification:

Minimum Graduate

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Logistics

Roles and Responsibilities:

• As per Material Requirement and stock position, Order to be given to Production, Follow up with Purchase Department For Timely Procurement, Transportation Verification, Coordination and reports.
• Make arrangement and Control for timely dispatch of Material to Customers. Transportation, Pickup/Delivery Ensure Timely Deliveries.
• Efficient management of Manpower, Training, Evaluation, Timely follow up, report taking, Duty division and follow up for timely execution.
• Management, Supervision on Outstation Distributors/Customers Dispatches , CFA Coordination, Transporters Arrangements, Handling, Sales Persons Requests and related departments for Timely Dispatch of Material and Execution of Order.
• Control of Manpower, Attendance, Leaves, Absents, all other activities, timely actions and implementations.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding Material Supply and Related Service.
• Monitor customer preferences & Priorities to determine focus of Supply efforts.
• Review Records, Costs, Contracts, Ensure Supply Cost within the Parameters. Supply Operational records and reports to project Supply, Management and determine its effectiveness.
• Direct, coordinate, and review activities in Stores & Supply and service accounting and record keeping, and in In and Out operations.
• Confer or consult with department heads to plan Supply Services and to secure information on Supply line and customer specifications to achieve Supply targets.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Work Reports & MIS
• Inventory management – CFA level, monthly stock audit, difference resolution in damaged, expired material and finalize.
