Nirvasa is a fast-growing organization committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient, reliable, and scalable supply chain operations. We are looking for a dynamic Manager – Logistics to lead and optimize our last-mile and reverse logistics operations.

Role Summary

The Manager – Logistics will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations with a strong focus on last-mile delivery and RTO (Return to Origin) management. This role ensures fast, accurate, and cost-effective order fulfillment while meeting delivery SLAs and improving overall customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesLast-Mile Delivery & Shipment Management

• Manage end-to-end last-mile delivery operations across regions.
• Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.
• Monitor and improve critical logistics KPIs including:
• OTIF (On-Time In-Full)
• NDR %
• RTO %
• Delivery TAT
• Delivery success rate
• Allocate couriers efficiently and manage service mapping for optimal performance.
• Track, analyze, and resolve NDR cases to reduce delivery failures.
• Support courier integrations and drive continuous performance improvements.

Vendor & Partner Management

• Manage relationships with courier companies and transport vendors.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Negotiate freight rates and optimize logistics costs.
• Handle COD reconciliation and invoice validation with all logistics partners.

Planning, Reporting & Cost Control

• Track logistics performance metrics and present actionable reports to management.
• Monitor logistics budgets and reduce cost per shipment through optimization initiatives.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for delivery and RTO issues and implement corrective action plans.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics, B2C operations, and last-mile delivery.
• Hands-on experience with WMS, OMS, TMS, and courier aggregator platforms such as: Shiprocket, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operations environment.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Advanced-level Excel proficiency is mandatory.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any graduate degree.
• 4–8 years of experience in e-commerce or B2C logistics operations.
• Proven experience managing courier partners, last-mile delivery, and reverse logistics.
• Strong working knowledge of logistics reporting and data analysis.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
