Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations and Logistics Manager to manage and optimize our delivery partner network across the UAE. This role is responsible for sourcing, coordinating, and maintaining relationships with delivery companies, ensuring service reliability, competitive pricing, and operational readiness at all times.

The ideal candidate has a strong logistics background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple delivery partners while keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Partner Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage delivery companies in each emirate
• Maintain an up to date database of delivery partners, coverage areas, services, pricing, and SLAs
• Ensure availability of standby delivery partners to support business growth and peak demand

Negotiation and Commercials

• Negotiate pricing, service levels, and payment terms with delivery partners
• Continuously evaluate partner performance and cost efficiency
• Work to secure the best operational and commercial agreements

Operations and Monitoring

• Monitor daily deliveries through the platform dashboard
• Proactively handle delays, issues, and escalations with delivery partners
• Ensure consistent service quality and on time delivery performance

Zone and Coverage Management

• Create and manage delivery zones for each emirate
• Coordinate with delivery partners to distribute zones based on capacity and performance
• Optimize zones to improve delivery speed and cost efficiency

Expansion and Readiness

• Ensure operational readiness for new emirates, new brands, and volume growth
• Maintain flexibility in delivery capacity to support sudden increases in demand

Required Experience and Skills

• Proven experience in logistics, courier operations, or last mile delivery within the UAE
• Strong understanding of delivery pricing models, zone based operations, and partner management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Strong operational and analytical mindset
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners simultaneously
• Experience using operational dashboards or logistics systems is a plus
