- Plan, coordinate, and manage all logistics operations including transportation, fleet deployment, scheduling, and delivery of waste and materials.
- Oversee inbound and outbound movement of goods ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Develop logistics plans and schedules aligned with business goals (e.g., waste pickup, deliveries to processing facilities).
Fleet & Transportation Management
- Manage the company vehicle fleet: maintenance, documentation (RC, insurance, PUCC), GPS tracking, safety compliance, and driver performance.
- Liaise with drivers and contractors to ensure efficient pick-ups and deliveries. Bharat Oil & Waste Management Ltd.
Supplier & Vendor Management
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with transport vendors and third-party logistics providers.
- Monitor vendor KPIs and service quality to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
Team Management
- Supervise logistics team members (e.g., supervisors, drivers) including training, performance review, and daily task allocation.
- Promote a safety-driven culture and enforce standards across logistics operations.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all logistics and transportation activities comply with relevant laws and environmental regulations.

Performance & Process Improvement
- Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reduce costs, and increase service levels.
