Position Summary

Leads a structured, technology-driven logistics operation across Atelio Group — covering inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse coordination, fleet, Odoo ERP, and inventory accuracy — transforming logistics into a proactive, data-driven function that supports sales, finance, procurement, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership

• Lead, develop, and set KPIs for the logistics team
• Define roles, reporting lines, and review cadence (6-month & annual)
• Build a performance-driven culture of operational excellence

2. Inbound Logistics

• Structure end-to-end inbound process from factory to warehouse GRN
• Manage forwarder selection, rate benchmarking, and SEA/AIR consolidation
• Ensure PO validation in Odoo, labelling compliance, and proactive visibility

3. ERP & Systems (Odoo)

• Own Odoo data accuracy across all logistics flows
• Maintain master data integrity and drive automation improvements
• Support landed cost allocation and new brand onboarding

4. Warehouse & Inventory

• Target 100% inventory accuracy via cycle counts and clear workflows
• Oversee container planning and proper inbound receiving
• Reduce discrepancies, damage, and improve space utilization

5. Outbound & Delivery

• Manage route planning, scheduling, and installation coordination
• Ensure proactive delay communication and high on-time delivery KPI

6. Fleet, Cost & Vendors

• Monitor fleet utilization, compliance, and maintenance
• Negotiate freight rates, benchmark cost per CBM, and evaluate forwarders
• Identify cost-saving initiatives and optimize fleet vs. outsourced transport

Qualifications

• 5+ years logistics leadership in GCC / Europe
• Strong Odoo ERP knowledge
• Proficient in Monday.com
• Furniture or project-based logistics a plus
• Proven inbound process structuring experience
• Analytical, cost-control mindset
• Strong people development skills
