Job Summary:

We’re Hiring: Logistics Manager (Own the Operation)

We’re looking for a Logistics Manager who can take full ownership of our day-to-day operations.

This is not a role for someone who just manages tasks or reports on performance. We need someone who runs the operation, solves problems before they escalate, and keeps everything moving without constant oversight.

If you’re the type of person who naturally takes control, fixes issues early, and holds a team accountable—this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running daily dispatch and load execution
• Ensuring on-time performance and strong service
• Managing carriers and controlling transportation costs
• Leading and developing a solid team
• Owning and improving TMS workflows
• Identifying issues early and fixing them before they become problems

What Success Looks Like

• You’re running the day-to-day without issues reaching ownership
• The team is executing consistently and improving
• Fewer errors, better communication, stronger performance
• Clear improvements in efficiency and cost

This Role Is NOT For You If:

Details

• 5+ years in logistics / transportation / freight
• Experience leading teams and managing execution
• Strong understanding of TMS systems

Compensation

Competitive base + performance bonus tied to efficiency, cost savings, and operational improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $107,000.00 per year
