Responsibilities

The Logistics Manager will oversee logistics, materials, and warehouse operations to support production goals and customer requirements:

• Manage supply chain and logistics operations
• Coordinate production schedules, inventory levels, and material flow
• Monitor logistics KPIs and operational performance metrics
• Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and physical inventory activities
• Ensure effective organization of warehouse inventory and work-in-process (WIP)
• Support ERP system accuracy and utilization across logistics functions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process compliance
• Develop, train, and mentor logistics team members
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and purchasing teams
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• 8+ years of relevant logistics, materials, or supply chain experience within manufacturing environments
• Previous automotive or Tier 1 manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Experience with inventory management, warehouse operations, and production scheduling
• ERP system experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
