Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships to support company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Negotiate deals and close agreements with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics)
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Preferred Qualifications:
