Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, and process shipping and transportation documents.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
- Prepare documents for Dubai Trade customs.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track shipments and update relevant departments on status changes.
- Review and reconcile shipping invoices and related documents.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or delays in shipping processes.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for documentation.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding logistics requirements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics documentation or freight forwarding Dubai
- Must have Dubai Trade custom experience
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, shipping documentation, and international trade compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and freight forwarding procedures is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
