Logistics Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team for a high-rise tower project in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site logistics operations, coordinating material deliveries, monitoring transportation and storage activities, and ensuring smooth workflow between suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day logistics and material movement operations on site
• Coordinate deliveries, storage, and distribution of construction materials
• Monitor material availability and ensure timely supply to site activities
• Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
• Manage site access, loading/unloading operations, and logistics planning
• Maintain records of deliveries, inventories, and logistics activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and site regulations during logistics operations
• Resolve logistics-related issues and delays efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics within construction projects
• UAE construction experience is preferred
• Experience in high-rise building projects is an advantage
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple logistics activities under pressure

Preferred:

• Familiarity with UAE site logistics regulations and procedures
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors
• Immediate joiners are preferred
