Hiring: Logistics Manager – Air Freight & DAFZA Experience Required

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding
• Strong background in Air Freight operations and pricing
• Mandatory experience in DAFZA operations and procedures
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies for company growth
• Strong knowledge of airline coordination, customs, cargo handling, and warehouse operations
• Experience in managing teams and improving operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop logistics and business growth strategies
• Manage daily air freight and logistics operations
• Build relationships with airlines, agents, and clients
• Improve profitability and operational performance
• Handle DAFZA-related processes and compliance
• Support sales growth and expand business opportunities
