MASTER CONTRACTOR PARTNERSHIP – FLEET OPERATORS ONLY
Vanlandingham Consulting LLC is actively onboarding Master Contractors with established driver teams to support logistics contracts .
This opportunity is structured for fleet operators and delivery businesses capable of managing personnel, routes, and performance at scale.
Individual drivers will not be considered.
Scope of Work
- Medical courier logistics (specimens, pharmaceuticals, time-sensitive materials)
- Dedicated and routed delivery operations
- On-demand and STAT delivery coverage
- Retail, cargo, and last-mile contract fulfillment
Master Contractor Responsibilities
- Full management and oversight of your driver team
- Route staffing, scheduling, and coverage accountability
- Ensuring on-time performance across all assigned routes
- Maintaining compliance with all delivery protocols (chain of custody, handling procedures, documentation)
- Direct communication with dispatch and operational leadership
- Immediate resolution of service issues, delays, or coverage gaps
Fleet Requirements
- Established team of drivers (minimum preferred: 2–5+, scalable capacity strongly preferred)
- Operational vehicles (sedan, SUV, cargo van, or box truck based on contract scope)
- Ability to scale coverage based on contract demand
- Active business structure (LLC or equivalent preferred)
Compliance & Standards
- All drivers must meet background and driving record requirements
- Professional appearance and conduct required at all times
- Adherence to time-critical delivery expectations is mandatory
- Familiarity with logistics platforms (Onfleet or similar) strongly preferred
- OSHA / HIPAA awareness (or willingness to comply where required)

Pay: $57,642.43 - $69,418.84 per year
