Logistics Officer

Experience

• Works already as “ Logistics ” for at least 3 to 5 years.
• Preferably worked in manufacturing environment (export is the main functionality) or freight forwarding sector.
• Experience in managing Sea shipments in a global scale.

Age range

• Preferred to be between 25 years to 35 years

Main Skills

• Communication
• Good English "written and spoken"
• Familiarized with SAP.
• Analytical and details driven .

Core functions

• Plan and execute sea shipments by coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth shipments flow.
• Track and monitor executed shipments till arrival at port of destinations or customers' premises based on incoterm.
• Analyze and compare transit time performance (announced vs. actual) and maintain precise database to optimize on time delivery commitments.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to export regulations, allocation policy, KPIs and company SOPs.
• Maintain accurate shipments records and report operational performance regularly.
