- Inbound Operations
- Plan and coordinate the receipt of goods from customers.
- Verify incoming shipments against packing list/invoice and delivery notes.
- Ensure timely unloading, segregation, and WMS processing of received goods.
- Outbound Operations
- Process outbound order picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely shipment of goods as per customer instructions.
- Coordinate with transport providers for on-time deliveries.
- Monitor order fulfilment rates and address delays or issues proactively.
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS as well as physical stock of all customer accounts.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations (if necessary).
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage for efficient operations.
- Ensure proper labelling, stacking, and handling of goods.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Preparation of shipping documents; Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Advice, Proof of Delivery, Gate pass and LGP as required.
- Ensure document compliance with customs standards.
- Preparation of monthly billing, business report and reviewing performance.
- Process Improvement
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT and warehouse teams to improve system workflows.
- Monitor KPIs and suggest cost-saving initiatives.
- Customer Account Management
- Act as the primary logistics contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Understand and fulfil each client’s specific logistics requirements and service level agreements.
- Coordinate with clients on order planning, delivery schedules, and inventory forecasts.
- Provide regular updates to customers.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
