Job Summary

The LOC is an entry-level position and will operate as liaison between Echelon and our Clients; ensuring that lines of communication are open, and info is being passed efficiently and effectively while maintaining first-rate customer service. Quality is at the heart of everything we do at Echelon and as such, the LOC is directly responsible for verifying that all information from clients is entered into the system correctly. Additionally, the LOC ensures that drivers & carriers meet the expectations of pickup and delivery, that product integrity is maintained during our chain of custody, and that we are responding to clients in a timely manner. The LOC must be extremely organized and capable of multi-tasking while working closely with Sales & Accounting to represent and grow the Echelon Brand.

• Coordinate Driver, Truck, & Route Assignments
• Track & Trace Customer Shipments
• Client Communications

• Quality Control

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Drivers License (minimum Class D)
• Must possess a GED/High School Diploma
• Must Pass Criminal Background Check
• Must Provide Past Employment History
• Must Pass QMS Training
• Ability to Pass TSA Screening
