Logistics Operations Coordinator (Repossession Team)
Location: St. Paul, MN (On-Site)
Pay: $23/hour depending on experience
Schedule: 40 hours/week | Weekdays, 8 hour shifts between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

We're currently hiring an Operations Coordinator to support our repossession and asset recovery operations. This is a key behind-the-scenes role that ensures our repossession efforts for our clients stay on track — from issuing field orders to closing out invoices and tracking case progress.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Intake & System Management
- Receive, review, and enter new repossession orders into the internal tracking system with complete accuracy.
- Scan relevant documents and ensure all case files are complete and up to date at initiation.
2. Agent Sourcing & Assignment
- Identify and hire the most suitable repossession and logistics agents for each open order.
- Coordinate dispatch and confirm agent availability, proximity, and reliability.
- Maintain a vetted list of high-performing agents and vendors.
3. Case Management & Progress Tracking
- Monitor open cases consistently (every 2–3 days minimum) to drive forward movement and maintain pressure on agents.
- Proactively follow up with vendors, yards, and field contacts to identify and remove roadblocks.
- Expect to make approximately 40-50 phone calls per day.
4. Post-Recovery Coordination
- Coordinate post-recovery site inspections and client-required documentation (e.g., Notice of Disposition releases).
- Work with clients and vendors to establish fair valuations of recovered equipment.
- Prepare handoff for the remarketing team.
5. Remarketing Oversight & Support
- Monitor the remarketing process to ensure timely vehicle sale and transfer.
- Support titling, lien resolution, and logistics as needed to deliver assets to buyers.
- Resolve issues that could delay final sale or delivery.
6. Communication & Documentation
- Provide regular, structured updates to clients, internal teams, and leadership.
- Maintain clear, thorough notes in the tracking database at all stages of the order lifecycle.
- Flag urgent or at-risk items promptly and escalate when appropriate.
7. Team Player & Role Growth
- Be a team player and be open to collaborating and pivoting frequently as the the best course of action can change rapidly for any given account on a day-to-day basis.
- Be open to new and changing responsibilities as the role evolves over time.
Qualifications
- You excel in a fast pace dynamic environment
- 2+ years experience in logistics, recovery operations, dispatch coordination, customer service or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with CRM or logistics tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce, Recovery Database, RDN, etc.)
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working under pressure and in a time-sensitive environment
- Experience working with commercial vehicles (e.g., trucks, trailers, specialty assets) is a strong plus
- College education a plus
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of repossession law, transport regulations, or lien processes
- Existing network of repossession agents or tow operators
- Strong Excel or data management skills
