Logistics & Operations Executive (Warehouse & Trade Operations)

JOB LOCATION
NAVI MUMBAI Office + Warehouse Based)
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Executive to manage end-to-end coordination of warehouse operations, vehicle movement, import-export logistics, and domestic dispatches.
This is a coordination and execution role, not a commercial decision-making role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1️ Warehouse Operations
Daily presence at warehouse as required
Maintain inward & outward stock records
Verify material received vs dispatched
Physical stock checking and reconciliation
Daily stock status reporting to Head Office
2️ Vehicle & Movement Coordination
Track vehicle arrival and departure timings
Coordinate loading & unloading schedules
Monitor export containers, import deliveries & domestic dispatches
Maintain vehicle movement register (time, quantity, destination)
3️ Import – Export – Domestic Coordination
Coordinate with CHA, transporters & warehouse teams
Track shipment movement from warehouse to port / customer
Ensure proper handling of export/import & domestic consignments
Share real-time operational updates with management
4️Daily Reporting & Communication
Prepare daily operations report (stock, dispatch, arrivals)
Report delays, shortages, damages or issues immediately
Maintain logs of:
Vehicles
Labor count
Material movement
Pending tasks
5️ Client Visit & Meeting Support
Assist during client visits to office or warehouse
Escort and explain basic operational flow (no pricing or commercial discussion)
Coordinate meeting logistics and site walkthroughs professionally
6️ Coordination & Discipline
Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts, Documentation, Admin)
Ensure SOP compliance at warehouse and during dispatch
Follow confidentiality and internal control guidelines strictly

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate / Diploma (Logistics, Operations, Commerce preferred)10+ years experience in:
Warehouse operations
Import–Export logistics OR domestic trade logistics
Working knowledge of:
Vehicle movement
Stock registers
Basic import-export process
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong coordination & follow-up skills
Attention to detail
Ability to handle pressure and multiple movements
Professional behavior with clients & vendors
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, WhatsApp)

IMPORTANT NOTE This is a coordination and execution role. Final commercial decisions, pricing, and approvals are handled exclusively by the principal office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
