DFDS is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Operations Line Manager to lead our operations and customer service teams for our assigned lines.

In This Role, You Will:


  • Ensure end-to-end management of operational processes for the assigned lines
  • Lead operations and customer service teams, including task allocation and performance monitoring
  • Manage on-time delivery, capacity utilization, and service quality targets within transportation processes
  • Monitor operational KPIs and take corrective and improvement actions
  • Analyze daily operational issues promptly and develop root-cause-based solutions
  • Ensure proactive customer communication and solution management in collaboration with the customer service team
  • Manage operational coordination with agencies and other service providers
  • Implement process improvement initiatives to increase line-based operational efficiency
  • Lead crisis management related to customer complaints and operational disruptions
  • Provide operational input and cost perspective support for pricing and quotation processes when required


What We’re Looking For:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of operations-focused experience in the logistics industry (preferably intermodal, road transportation, or line operations)
  • Proven experience in leading operations and/or customer service teams
  • Strong capabilities in operational planning, problem-solving, and process management
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Customer satisfaction and service quality–oriented mindset
  • Advanced level of English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications with strong operational reporting and analysis skills
  • No restrictions for domestic and international travel
