We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Operations Representative to coordinate shipments, communicate with clients, and ensure smooth, on-time trade show logistics. Logistics experience required; trade show experience a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on shipments with clear, professional communication.

Accurately enter and manage orders with shipment details and deadlines, while coordinating team members to ensure precise, on-time execution of trade show deliveries and setups.

Posting loads on DAT, booking and negotiating with carriers, and vetting carriers to ensure safety, compliance, and competitive pricing.

Coordinate and monitor shipments, providing real-time updates to clients and proactively resolving any delays or delivery issues.

Identify and resolve shipment issues such as delays, damage, or venue constraints, escalating complex problems to management with clear documentation and recommended solutions.

Assist with billing by verifying final charges, resolving discrepancies, and verify supporting documentation.

Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs, resolving issues, and providing proactive, tailored solutions to build strong, long-term client relationships throughout the logistics process.

Qualifications:
Experience:

1-2 years of experience in logistics as a carrier sales, operations, or customer representative position.

Trade show experience is a plus.
Skills:
