What We Are Looking For

Logistics & Operations Support

• Support end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and material movement
• Coordinate daily logistics activities to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
• Act as the point of contact during the Logistics Manager’s absence
• Monitor logistics schedules, dispatch plans, and delivery timelines

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation (delivery notes, invoices, permits, LPOs, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with UAE logistics, customs, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records for audits and internal reporting

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments
• Follow up with vendors on deliveries, performance, and service levels
• Escalate operational issues proactively and propose solutions

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Assist in implementing logistics SOPs and best practices

Who’s the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of UAE logistics operations and documentation
• Ability to independently manage operations when required
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience in Logistics and supply chain company, Manufacturing ,real estate, construction, contracting, or project-based environments is an advantage
