Job Purpose:

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting and coordinating daily transportation and logistics operations, ensuring smooth communication with suppliers, accurate reporting, and reliable execution of logistics-related tasks. The role requires strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery service.
• Communicate with transportation suppliers and service providers to follow up on bookings, schedules, and operational updates.
• Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM system.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain operational reports using Excel.
• Track shipments, transportation status, and service performance.
• Identify delays or operational issues and follow up until resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes.
• Support internal teams with transportation-related information and updates.
• Maintain strong coordination between suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in logistics or transportation operations, including supplier communication.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting and data tracking).
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in transportation or logistics operations.
