Logistics Planner

TS Foods is searching for a Logistics Planner to work in fast paced environment to coordinate the movement of materials and finished goods. This role serves as the main point of contact for carriers and in-house personnel to ensure seamless production.

Job Duties:

- Coordinate shipping and receiving of products for customers and suppliers to optimize delivery operations.

- Assign docks at multiple locations optimizing efficiency and deadlines

- Prioritize and resolve damages, delays, and scheduling conflicts

- Manage paperwork like bills of lading and proof of delivery

- Monitors inventory levels and track shipments and participate in customer cycle counts

- Manage capacity requirements ensuring asset utilization

Qualifications:

- Proficiency with computer software and ERP systems and Excel

- Must have a valid driver's license to drive between Burlington locations

- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Experience:

- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a logistics role
