We’re looking for a motivated Logistics & Procurement Coordinator to join our growing team in 6th of October City, Egypt.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate with third-party logistics companies.

• Handle logistics operations with accuracy and efficiency.

• Manage clearance procedures across the MENA region (with focus on Egypt).

• Oversee sea & air freight clearance, including ACI portal navigation and ACID number creation.

• Source and negotiate the best sea and air freight quotes.

• Support warehousing & installation processes for FF&E and OS&E projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in logistics/procurement.

• Knowledge of the hospitality industry (preferred).

• Familiarity with clearance procedures in Egypt & the region.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Residence in/near 6th of October City (preferred).
