The Logistics & Procurement Manager will oversee all purchasing, inventory, and logistical operations across the property, with a primary focus on food and beverage, housekeeping, and operational equipment needs. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, this individual will work closely with all departments to ensure timely procurement, cost control, and smooth flow of goods throughout the club.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to the success of High Grove’s pre-opening and ongoing operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-standard, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and department leaders to identify and source all food, beverage, and operating supply needs.
• Coordinate logistics for all deliveries, ensuring proper handling, storage, and distribution across departments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and national vendors to ensure premium quality and competitive pricing.
• Develop and implement inventory management and cost-control systems.
• Track and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries with accounting to ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist with FF&E and operating equipment procurement during the pre-opening phase, including clubhouse, lodging, and range barn facilities.
• Maintain clear communication between culinary, golf, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Support sustainability efforts through responsible sourcing and waste management.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of purchasing or logistics experience within a high-end hospitality, resort, or private club environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with vendor negotiations and cost-control initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage products, supply chain logistics, and inventory systems.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with inventory management software preferred.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

High Grove Golf Club is a private, invitation-only destination nestled in the rolling orange groves of Central Florida. Designed by Gil Hanse and Jim Wagner, High Grove is being built to set a new standard for authentic golf and relaxed sophistication. The club will feature world-class golf, bespoke dining, and exceptional guest accommodations — with preview play beginning in late 2025 and a full opening in 2026.
