Logistics & Purchase Executive – Machine Imports

• Purchase coordination with international OEMs
• Negotiating pricing, freight & shipment timelines
• Container booking & vessel scheduling from Shanghai
• Follow-up on production readiness & dispatch dates
• Coordination with freight forwarders & CHA
• Ensuring zero demurrage / detention
• Customs clearance tracking
• Delivery coordination to customer site
• Booking transport & cranes
• Daily shipment status updates to Sales team
• Maintaining shipment costing sheet
• You are responsible from PO to final site delivery.
• Strong negotiation mindset (OEM & freight both)
• Solid understanding of Incoterms (FOB is must)
• Hands-on experience in container & vessel booking
• Knowledge of customs documentation
• Ability to handle pressure and tight delivery commitments
• Strong follow-up discipline
• No excuses for delay due to coordination gaps

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,371.86 - ₹35,356.79 per month
