About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth in our logistics business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in freight forwarding, transportation, and warehousing, with a proven record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Identify and win new business opportunities in freight, FTL/LTL, ocean, and air cargo
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead and motivate the sales team
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Negotiate and close high-value deals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain
• 3–5 years of sales experience (1+ year in logistics leadership preferred)
• Proven success in sales and client management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Willing to travel across India and Europe

Preferred:
MBA in Logistics/Operations and industry certifications (e.g., CSCP)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
