Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth in logistics and transportation services.

The ideal candidate must be a native Japanese speaker with strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics and transportation services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese clients and partners
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Qualifications

• native-level Japanese required
• Business-level English proficiency
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics sales or related field
• Strong understanding of logistic and transportation services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Japanese companies or clients
• Existing client network in logistics or related industries
• Experience in freight, last-mile delivery
