Logistics & Sales Support Officer (FMCG/HORECA) - Arabic

Job Vacancy: Sales & Logistics Coordinator (HORECA & FMCG)

Job Type: Full-Time

Languages Required: Arabic (Native/Fluent)

We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual Sales & Logistics Coordinator to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate will seamlessly manage administrative duties, coordinate logistics, conduct essential warehouse visits, and drive HORECA and FMCG sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Coordination: Support the sales team by processing orders, tracking deliveries, and acting as the primary point of contact for HORECA and FMCG clients.
  • Warehouse Operations: Conduct regular visits to the warehouse to oversee stock levels, verify inventory accuracy, and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
  • Logistics & Admin: Coordinate with transport teams, manage shipping documents, handle invoicing, and maintain accurate records in the ERP/database.
  • Client Relationship: Assist in managing client inquiries, resolving delivery issues, and identifying upselling opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Nationality: Arabic speaker only.
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Sales, Logistics, or Administration within the HORECA and FMCG sectors in Qatar.
  • Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and excellent negotiation/communication skills.
  • Transportation: Valid Qatar driver's license and own vehicle (preferred for warehouse/client visits).

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per hour
