Sales Coordinator – ELV, ICT & Security Systems

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our growing ELV, ICT, IT, and Security Systems business in Doha. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing sales enquiries, preparing quotations, handling tender documentation, and supporting business development activities.

This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and experience in handling sales support functions within the ELV or technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, and quotation tracking
• Prepare quotations, proposals, compliance statements, and tender documents
• Follow up with clients on quotations, approvals, and purchase orders
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and technical information
• Maintain customer records, sales databases, and quotation logs
• Support tender submissions, prequalification, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for proposals
• Prepare sales reports and track ongoing opportunities
• Assist in market research and lead generation activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Support
• Experience in ELV, ICT, IT Infrastructure, Security Systems, or MEP industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of quotation preparation and tender documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/CRM experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Qatar market and local projects
• Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and government clients
• Basic understanding of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Wi-Fi, Audio Visual, and Security Systems

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
